We have started to administer COVID-19 booster vaccines to those patients who are now eligible. Patients will also have the option of the vaccine being co-administered with their annual influenza vaccine. These vaccines will both be given at a dedicated vaccine centre and NOT in the practice.
Only people that meet the nationally defined criteria can be vaccinated at this time.
These are as follows:
- 182 days (6 months) since your 2nddose of Covid 19 vaccination (and meet one of the following criteia)
- You have been invited by your practice.
- You are eligible for a flu vaccine each year
- You are immunosuppressed
- People aged 40 years and over, health and social care workers
and younger people at risk are now being offered a booster dose
of coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine

If you do not fall within one of the above groups, or have not been contacted directly from your practice, unfortunately you are not eligible to receive the vaccination at this time. Your GP Practice will contact you when it is your turn to be vaccinated
If you are not entitled due to age, but you are a frontline health or social care worker or classed as clinically extremely vulnerable, please bring identification with you,for example proof of employer, to ensure that your vaccination can go ahead as planned.
