You do not need an appointment to attend a Walk-in Centre, just turn up.

Prestwich Walk-in Centre is on Farifax Road, adjoining Prestwich Health Centre, open seven days per week, 12.0noon - 8.0pm - last patient will be booked in by 19:30. The Manchester Airport Centre in Terminal 1 has extended opening 07:00 to 22:00 both weekdays and weekends.

Please Note: The out-of-hours service is not designed for issuing routine services such as repeat prescriptions and appointment booking. The service is also generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
