We have started to administer COVID-19 booster vaccines to those patients who are now eligible. Patients will also have the option of the vaccine being co-administered with their annual influenza vaccine. These vaccines will both be given at a dedicated vaccine centre and NOT in the practice.
Only people that meet the nationally defined criteria can be vaccinated at this time.
These are as follows:
If you are eligible for one or both of the vaccines, please CLICK HERE to book.
If you do not fall within one of the above groups, or have not been contacted directly from your practice, unfortunately you are not eligible to receive the vaccination at this time. Your GP Practice will contact you when it is your turn to be vaccinated
If you are not entitled due to age, but you are a frontline health or social care worker or classed as clinically extremely vulnerable, please bring identification with you,for example proof of employer, to ensure that your vaccination can go ahead as planned.
Please view our News page for any recent updates or advice.
GP Surgeries are unable to offer patients a certification of COVID-19 vaccination, a vaccination passport or a letter to prove vaccination against COVID-19. (more…)
